reversal day has an unusually wide trading
range for that day.
A key reversal day will have a
higher high and a lower low than the previous
days range.
On a downward turnaround, in
addition to the higher high and lower low, the key
reversal day will also have a close lower than the
previous days close.
On an upward turnaround, in
addition to the higher high and lower low, the key
reversal day will also have a close higher than the
previous days close.
